As part of a manufacturing project team, I designed a yo-yo consisting of injection molded shells and a thermoformed centerpiece, made injection molds, set up the CNC program through fusion 360 cam software, machined the part, design the mold for thermoforming, thermoformed the centerpiece part, and then assembled all the pieces for a yoyo challenge.

• Designed injection molding and thermoforming molds to mass manufacture hundreds of yoyos capable of withstanding 6 kgm/s impulses
• Instructed 20-student classes on CNC milling, turning, and designing for injection molding and thermoforming
• Provided administrative and technical support in a laboratory environment
